Arpezio is built for discretion. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the principles we hold ourselves to.

What we collect

When you request early access through our website, we collect: your work email address, the name of your gallery or house, your role, and the logistics pain point you identify. We use this solely to qualify and contact you about Arpezio access.

If you become a customer, we collect the data you enter into the Arpezio platform: artwork inventory records, shipment details, carrier information, insurance policy data, condition reports, and exhibition logistics. This data belongs to you — not to us.

What we never collect

We never collect, store, or have visibility into: client identities, artwork prices, provenance records, or private collector information. Arpezio is built so that this data never enters our systems in the first place.

How we use your data

We use the data you provide to operate the Arpezio platform: to display your inventory, track your shipments, flag insurance gaps, generate condition reports, and surface deadline alerts. We do not use your data to train machine learning models. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (for example, transmitting a shipment record to your retained carrier at your instruction).

Data retention and export

Your data is retained for the duration of your account. You may export all of your data at any time, in full, in a standard format. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days of your request, except where we are required by law to retain it.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use minimal, privacy-preserving analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not build profiles of visitors.

Security

We apply industry-standard security practices to protect your data in transit and at rest. Access to production data is limited to essential personnel and logged. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within 72 hours.
